I’ve been thinking I think i have a theory:

What if Jenna, Shana and Melissa want to hurt the girls (emily, spencer, hana, and aria) because of something they did? Maybe because they hurt Jenna or maybe something else because it seems bigger then that. But anyway maybe they want to hurt the girls and they are the ones putting Aria in a crate and wanting to push her off the train, almost strangling Spencer on the Halloween train, knocking Toby off the scaffolding were he meets Jenna and she says something like I told you to stay away from them (maybe she is saying this because she wants to hurt the girls but she still cares about Toby? If i remember correctly Toby says something like don’t talk about Spencer like that which shows how much he cares…I can’t wrap my mind around him not caring about Spencer it makes no since) Anyway there are so many more instances that support this theory but this is just to list a few. Also with these instances the person doing the harm never succeeds because someone comes to stop them, what if the person coming to stop them is always someone from the “A” team….this lead to my second thought:

 ”A” has already said, I am sure of it, that they don’t want to hurt the girls they want to toy with them, tourcher them. So, I don’t think “A” would hurt them, I think “A” is helping them. I think “A” is helping hide Ally for some reason (idk if i believe she is dead or not?) but now they are trying to protect the girls too because the same person or group that is trying to hurt Ally is trying to hurt the girls. We already know Melissa was sending hate messages to Ally (when Spencer asks if they were signed she says no i didn’t have to sign them she knew who they were from..so all the ones signed by “A” were someone else…could be from this team that includes: Jenna, Melissa, and Shana?). Mona also says in the season finally before the house catches fire something like “you don’t understand what you are doing?” could she have meant this in a good way meaning like we were going to end this…show you Ally but you just messed up everything?

This all means though that there are two teams:

1 team includes: Toby, Mona, Spencer and whoever else - they are good and trying to protect the girls

2 team includes: Melissa, Jenna and Shana - they are bad and trying to punish/hurt the girls

the one part that doesn’t fit in this theory though is that when Garrot told he got killed, along with the rest of the NAT club as they told/shared information, unless team 2 killed them because they told?

Another thing that doesn’t fit is that Toby, and Mona hated Ally so it makes no since why they would be protecting her? Or even working with her if she was head “A”. The producers already said there is no Courtney so…….any ideas?

LIke i said it is just a theory I don’t know if it can really be that simple?!?! Maybe it can idk I guess we have to wait and find out :-) can’t wait for season 4…June can’t come soon enough.
